Journal Terms and Conditions

The journal welcomes contributions from  thinkers, intellectuals, and researchers, and invites them to publish their articles and research papers, provided that authors and researchers adhere to the following terms and conditions

·      Research papers are accepted in Arabic, English, and French, provided that they address issues and topics using a rigorous, documented scholarly approach that conforms to all established procedures and standards of international research.

·      Submissions must demonstrate thematic quality, seriousness, and originality, beginning with the presentation of the study's subject, problem statement, hypotheses, objectives, methodology, and techniques, through to its findings, recommendations, and future suggestions. It is additionally required that the submitted content be entirely free of linguistic, grammatical, and typographical errors.

·      Submitted research papers and studies must be original and innovative, and must not have been previously published in any journal or book, nor currently submitted for publication in any other print or digital venue

·      The journal is dedicated to publishing research papers across diverse fields, as well as translations, critical reviews, book reviews, reports, abstracts of Master’s theses and Doctoral dissertations, and graduation projects.

·   Special attention must be paid to numbering figures, illustrations, and tables in a consecutive and sequential order throughout the entire research paper.

·     The primary criterion for publication is the academic quality of the submission, alongside its style, objectivity, research integrity, depth of citation and documentation, and absence of errors.

·      When citing sources, references must be indicated at the end of article (as footnotes) using sequential numbering, ensuring that each reference is numbered independently, as follows

ü A. Books: Full name of the author, book title, edition number, place and date of publication, publisher's name, and page or page range.

ü Periodicals / Journals: Full name of the author or co-authors, article title, journal name, volume and issue number, date of publication, and page or page range.

·      The submitted text, in any of the languages adopted by the journal, must be formatted in Microsoft Word on standard A4 paper. For research papers submitted in Arabic, using the 'Simplified Arabic' font type. However, for texts submitted in English or French, the font size must be 12, using the 'Times New Roman' font type.

·    The total length of the study or research paper must not exceed a maximum of 30 pages. Submissions must be accompanied by keywords and an abstract in both Arabic and English, not exceeding 200 words, which will be published alongside the paper.

·      The researcher must sign the intellectual property declaration form, certifying that the research is original and that they bear sole responsibility for its publication in the journal.

·      Each study or research paper must be accompanied by the author's academic biography, highest degree earned, and current institutional affiliation. The journal does not provide financial remuneration for accepted submissions.

·      All submitted materials are subject to peer review. The journal's editorial board shall select qualified reviewers through a blind review process.

·      The journal reserves the right to make stylistic adjustments to the materials intended for publication without compromising their core content. It also reserves the right to publish the material in accordance with the journal's established policies and procedures.

·      The researcher bears full responsibility for reviewing, proofreading, and language editing the manuscript. Prior to submission, the researcher must provide proof of professional language editing.

·      Research papers, studies, and articles must be submitted via the journal's electronic portal, addressed to the Editorial Board.

·      Upon submission, all research papers shall be subjected to a plagiarism detection check via Turnitin prior to being sent to reviewers.

·      Ownership of the submitted research paper or study shall transfer to the journal's management. The journal reserves the right to make minor editorial changes to the text.

·      The views and opinions expressed within the pages of the journal do not necessarily reflect the official stances or editorial policies adopted by the Editorial Board. Authors and researchers bear sole responsibility for their content, with the journal reserving the right to publish a rebuttal in the subsequent issue should it deem a response necessary.
