Attracting reviewers to the journal

The Editorial Board exercises the utmost precision and objectivity when selecting peer reviewers, actively working to recruit them and strengthen ongoing collaboration. The Board ensures that selected reviewers possess the highest standards of integrity, competence, and academic excellence, in accordance with the following procedures:

1.    Compiling a comprehensive directory that indexes qualified and distinguished professors across all academic disciplines covered by the journal.

2.    Initiating communication with these qualified experts to obtain their academic curriculum vitae and establish sustainable collaborative mechanisms. This involves extending formal invitations to them for scientific conferences and research activities hosted by the university, as well as granting them priority—where feasible—in publishing their own forthcoming research and studies, provided it does not conflict with the journal’s established publication policies.

3.    Commending distinguished reviewers and consulting selected experts regarding specific technical feedback and editorial comments received by the journal's management within their respective fields of expertise. Furthermore, their expertise may be strategically leveraged during critical milestones or key academic occasions, as necessary and appropriate.

4.    Reviewers shall be awarded an honorarium of One hundred Libyan Dinars ( 100 LYD) for each research paper reviewed.

5.    The implementation of the aforementioned provisions shall be carried out in compliance with the relevant legislation currently in force.
